Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support the company’s objectives and growth targets.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, events, and PR.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing touchpoints.
Oversee the creation of brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and content strategies.
Manage and monitor the brand's online presence and reputation.
Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
Optimize campaigns through continuous testing and data-driven adjustments.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Manage digital advertising budgets, platforms, and tools to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement the company’s website and improve conversion rates.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring ongoing development and alignment with company goals.
Foster a creative and collaborative work environment, encouraging innovation and initiative within the team.
Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to create integrated marketing strategies that drive leads, customer engagement, and sales.
Communicate marketing strategies and initiatives to key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Conduct regular market research to understand customer behavior, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on research findings to improve marketing strategies.
Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient execution of all marketing activities.
Prepare periodic marketing performance reports to evaluate ROI and budget performance.
Organize and coordinate marketing events, webinars, trade shows, or conferences to promote the company’s products and services.
Job Requirements:
MBA candidate in Marketing Management or related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing in a managerial role.
Experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email, print, etc.).
Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Creative thinking with an eye for detail and design.
Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Leadership capabilities with a strong ability to motivate and manage a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A portfolio or examples of previous successful campaigns (optional but preferred).
Familiarity with B2B/B2C marketing approaches, depending on the company focus.
Willingness to travel for events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
