Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Odoo 18 modules based on business needs.
• Modify existing workflows and create new business processes.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient Python code for Odoo modules.
• Develop and maintain Odoo APIs for third-party integrations (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Payment Gateways).
• Implement automation and workflow improvements within the ERP system.
• Design and optimize database structures and queries for improved system performance.
• Provide in-house support for Odoo users across multiple departments.
• roubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and access control in Odoo.
• Upgrade and migrate Odoo versions while ensuring backward compatibility.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Odoo development (Odoo 14+ preferred, Odoo 18 is a plus).
• Strong expertise in Python, Odoo framework, and ORM models.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb reports.
• Hands-on experience in Odoo customization, API development, and module creation.
• Good understanding of Odoo security, multi-company setups, and access rights.
• Strong analytical mindset to optimize business processes using Odoo.
