Sales Supervisor

Job Type: Full Time Location: No.6A, Myaung Mya Street, Sanchaung Township, Yangon, Myanmar
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team within an assigned area or region. This includes supervising sales representatives, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, ensuring proper product distribution, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and distributors. The role plays a key part in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for beauty and personal care brands.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor sales performance by tracking daily activities, coverage, and order volume
  • Ensure implementation of trade marketing promotions and display standards
  • Provide on-the-job coaching, performance feedback, and training to sales staff
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence including competitor activities and pricing
  • Ensure timely submission of sales reports, route plans, and stock requests
  • Coordinate with warehouse and marketing teams to support field operations
  • Monitor merchandising standards and recommend improvements
  • Ensure accurate stock rotation and minimize returns and near-expiry products
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Knowledge of retail and distribution networks in Myanmar
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on sales performance
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with sales apps/CRM is a plus
