Senior Marketing Executive

Job Type: Full Time Location: No.6A, Myaung Mya Street, Sanchaung Township, Yangon, Myanmar
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms
  • Lead and support the marketing team, including digital specialists and content creators
  • Develop and execute brand strategies, promotional calendars, and go-to-market plans for new product launches
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
  • Oversee advertising, PR, in-store promotions, and event coordination
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure alignment of brand messaging
  • Manage influencer campaigns and partnerships with media outlets and agencies
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI
  • Supervise content development, including social media, marketing materials, and product catalogs
  • Handle marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and resource optimization
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Diploma holders with strong experience are also welcome to apply)
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer products or electronics
  • Proven track record in campaign management and brand development
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and trends
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities
  • Excellent creative thinking, communication, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and Burmese, both written and spoken
  • Strong skills in stakeholder communication and vendor management
