    Except from Facial cleansing device, all of our products should not wash with water. Maintenance Tips are Wipe the surface with a soft wet towel (Alcohol Wipes), and after that wipe with dry clean towel or tissue. That can help your beauty device’s life longer.

  • Do we need to wash off gel after using this beauty device?

    Yes, we do need to wash off gel after using Mini-Hifu Devices, Hot Cold Skincare Devices (EMS function) and Ultrasonic Skin Scrubber. Many conductive gels leave a sticky residue, which can feel uncomfortable on the skin. Some gels may clog pores if left on for too long, especially if they’re not formulated for skincare use. If you’re planning to apply serums or moisturizers afterward, the residual gel might create a barrier, preventing proper absorption.
