The Videographer is responsible for planning, shooting, and editing engaging video content that promotes the company’s beauty and personal care brands across digital, social media, and retail platforms. This role plays a key part in content creation for product launches, campaigns, tutorials, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and produce video content including product demos, tutorials, promotional videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop concepts that align with brand and campaign objectives.
Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for in-studio and on-site shoots.
Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos using video editing software if required.
Add sound, subtitles, music, and motion graphics as needed.
Maintain a content library and archive of video assets.
Ensure all videos are aligned with brand guidelines and aesthetics.
Keep up to date with video trends, styles, and technologies relevant to beauty and lifestyle content.
Support live streaming and video coverage for events, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
Assist with photography and other creative tasks when required.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia, Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in videography, preferably in a consumer goods, beauty, or media company.
Experience producing content for Facebook and TikTok.
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
Strong camera and lighting skills.
Creative eye for storytelling, composition, and detail.
Familiar with digital video formats, resolutions, and social media requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
